How to reset your password without your email

Want to change your password but don't have access to your email? Don't worry! Simply drop us a message via our social media channels with a request to change your email. Just make sure to include the following info:

  • Your full name
  • Date of birth
  • The registered email address you longer have access to.
  • An image of your proof of identity (ID, passport, driving licence, etc.)
